Locally born and bred, I moved abroad and after seven years living in London, Tuscany and Sydney, was drawn back to the wonderful lifestyle of Townsville. The desire to reconnect to what's important brought me back and keeps me here.

It was my time in Italy, however, that ultimately lead me to where I am today, tszujing! I always had a love of things Italian. It began with the history and the food but quickly snowballed into a full blown obsession with ALL things Italian. There were many vacations, language lessons and cooking holidays. I learnt all I could about the culture of food, wine, family and friends. The journey wasn't going to be complete without living there so I packed my bags and off I went for seven months of immersion. I'm smiling thinking of it now. The Italians know how to live and by the time I left, I did too.

It's taken a while but I'm now living the dream, doing what I love.
